All orders are processed within 24~48h. For UK orders, once your order is processed, it will be dispatched using EVRi Tracked Shipping or Royal Mail 48h Tracked. For all international orders, shippings are processed using Royal Mail Tracked services or UPS International Courier.

OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Shipping cost for orders outside of the UK are amended based on your address.

The delivery timeframes for orders can range from 3–8 working days depending on your country. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to International or your local courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for arrival date or any shipping/custom related delays.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and we are not accountable for any charges which are incurred.

Please be aware we cannot be held accountable if your order is held within your country's processing centre/customs, or any delays in relation to this.

If you decline to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned, any import taxes/duties and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly encourage and recommend looking up your country's policies before finalising your order so you are aware of any potential fees, taxes, and duties.

At this time, we’re unable to accept returns unless an item was sent incorrectly or arrives with a defect.

Customers have 14 days from date of delivery. If a return or exchange is approved, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
